Day 2

Woke up nearly 6.30am to catch the sunrise at the huge rock near our chalet.. but got the time totally wrong.. it was 1 hour earlier.. Went back for breakfast, acceptable food..

After makan, went for a quick dip at a smaller beach near our chalet.. with the cut and bruises i had.. i had a nice "Oww… Aahhhh…" for some time.. [btw, that's a painful cry.. not something exciting]

About 1030, our 2nd snorkeling trip began.. went to turtle island.. or was it turtle beach..? went with my sandals this time.. Extra paddles..

Nothing much to be seen except for some flatbed corals at the sea bed.. quite far down actually.. about 10 metres down, i think.. swam about 30 mins..then… (more…)

That's what i ask to the family.. All oso duno where to eat.. SOOooo.. I said…

"Bukit Tinggi!" As in Bukit Tinggi, Pahang

All look at each other, except for mom who's sleeping on the sofa again, and said "Can oso"

Reason why i wanna eat at Bukit Tinggi was because on the day i came back from Redang, bus pass by bukit tinggi.. Wanted to eat the bacon.. ^_^

I love the bacon there.. ^_^

25 mins up + RM4 toll..

eat for 1.5 hours or so for RM140+ (fish was expensive.. RM80+)

came back down 25 mins + another RM4 toll

Kinda dissappointed with the bacon this time tho.. not crunchy enough.. =(

But it was nice ^_^

Where's the furtherest you ever went just for food?

Back from redang.. with a few souvenirs for myself:

I'm goin redang!

actually, i thought redang was on the mainland till Julian told me it's on an island..

packed for 3days 2 nights in my sis' mskl bag. u know la all those athelites (is that how you spell it?). when wanna ponteng for 1-2weeks because of mssm or other events.. they get those biiiiiiiiiig bags where they can stuff 7 days 10days worth of clothings..

anyway, goin now. tata.
